All clients and technicians must practice good hygiene and use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival.

All technicians use single-use PPE such as masks, gloves, etc.

All equipment such as the lights, chairs, and glasses are all disinfected before and after every client.

Any booking of 2 clients and above must be positioned 1.5 meters apart, please let your technician know if you wish to book a group

Any bookings that are unable to go ahead due to COVID-19 government-enforced cancellations or closures will be given a credit note with no expiry date.  

At the time of booking, a $50 deposit is due to secure the booking. This $50 is deducted from your treatment total cost, and the remainder can then be paid on Afterpay in 4 equal fortnightly installments. If you pay on time, you'll pay no interest and no additional fees.

This depends entirely on the person’s physiology. Our customers regularly achieve results of up to 11 shades whiter; with the average improvement being 6-8 shades. It is a natural whitening product that will get your teeth to their natural colour.

Our treatments are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of 14.

We highly recommend having a 4-6 week top up after the first treatment and then every 3-6 months

Each treatment, depending if the Triple Treatment or Ultra White Treatment, can take up to 2 hours. 

Our treatment can be effective on stains caused by the antibiotic tetracycline. Our treatment will be more effective if the stains are not too deep within the teeth. Tetracycline stains are often one of the more difficult stains to remove but our team of professionals will be able to assist and advise you on the best way to treat your tetracycline stains.

To keep your teeth whiter and healthier for longer after our treatment, we recommend the following: regular 3 monthly Top Ups, regular use of the On the Go Finger Wipes, clean your teeth twice daily, floss often and drink plenty of water. We recommend you also avoid the following- coffee, black tea, red wines and smoking.

You may experience minor sensitivity whilst having the treatment and 1-2 days after.
